Overview
Your client portal, public site, and member emails all take their look from a small set of brand settings. They live under Configuration in the sidebar — Brand for colours and identity, Social links for where clients can find you elsewhere.
1. Set Your Brand Colour
Go to Configuration → Brand. A single Brand colour themes your portal, your site, and your member emails — hover states and background tints are derived from it automatically, so there’s only one value to pick.
- Use the colour picker, or type a hex value directly into the field beside it.
- If the colour you choose would make text hard to read against it, a contrast warning appears. It’s advisory — you can still save a mid-tone colour if it’s the brand you want.
2. Add Your Display Name and Logo
- Display name — Shown in your portal header and in member emails (e.g. “Ellie Marsh Coaching”). Up to 60 characters.
- Logo — Replaces the display name in your portal header. Accepts PNG, SVG, or WebP, up to 2MB.
- Preview — Shows exactly what your members will see as you change the colour, name, and logo.
Changes aren’t live until you save them — use the save bar that appears once you’ve edited something.
3. Add Your Social Links
Go to Configuration → Social links. These appear on your public pages so clients can find you elsewhere. Each field takes a full URL:
- Instagram — e.g. https://instagram.com/…
- TikTok — e.g. https://tiktok.com/@…
- YouTube — e.g. https://youtube.com/…
- X (Twitter) — e.g. https://x.com/…
- Facebook — e.g. https://facebook.com/…
- LinkedIn — e.g. https://linkedin.com/in/…
- Website — Any other site you want to point clients to.
Leave any you don’t use blank — empty fields simply aren’t shown.
4. Check Your Work
At the bottom of the sidebar you’ll find two shortcuts: Go to site opens your public site, and Preview client site opens the client portal as a member would see it. Use them after saving to confirm your branding looks right in context.
Related Settings
Some things that feel like branding live elsewhere:
- Your display name, handle, headline, bio, and specialties are part of your public coach profile — see Your Account & Settings.
- Your app’s icon and store artwork are configured separately — see Deploying Your Mobile App.
Tips
- Pick a brand colour with enough depth to carry white text. Very light or very saturated mid-tones are the ones that trigger the contrast warning.
- Upload an SVG logo if you have one — it stays crisp on every screen size, where a small PNG can look soft on high-density displays.
- Set your branding before inviting your first clients, so the welcome emails they receive already carry your name and colour.
